He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Fox-Haywood (Heath) of Malin, OR; his daughter-in-law Lisa Fox of Barnesville, GA; his siblings, Sandra Rackley, Randy Helmick and Johnny Rodgers; and his grandchildren, Jonessa Hood, Sierra Hood, Luci Haywood, Savannah Robbins (Micah) and Kristian Fox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
