It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Brown (Barnesville, Georgia), born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on August 2, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Brown; her parents, Bill Dorsey and Martha Dorsey; and her siblings, Brenda Bowman, Billy Dorsey and Danny Dorsey.
She is survived by: her daughter Audrie; her son-in-law Roger Woods; her grandsons, Curtis Woods and Benjamin Woods; her siblings, Elizabeth Laster (Jay Cooper), Ruby Shavers, Rita Smith, Martha Ann (Don Wells) and Roger; and her siblings-in-law, Laurel Dorsey, Reba and Jerry Whitehurst. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to PEAK, Inc. at 103 Evergreen South, Barnesville, GA 30204 in memory of Mrs. Joyce Brown.
