He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harold Hammond and Rachel Eller Hammond; his wife Kim Hammond; and his brother Mike Hammond. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Pruitt, Debra Stiles, Cheryl Parr, Earle Shivers and Darryl Hammond (Rita); and his brother-in-law Jimmy Parr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
