He was predeceased by: his parent Curry Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Lanell Kuykendall; his children, Terry Kuykendall (Shannon) and Tammy Evans (Tommy); his grandchildren, Tim Kuykendall (Kelly), Travis Kuykendall (Amanda), Casey Evans (Ashley) and Corey Evans (KD); his great grandchildren, Caden, Cooper, Camden, Steven and Brantley; and his sister Wilma Fronebarger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
