He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Kelley; his parents, C. W. Kelley and Ida Kelley; and his brothers, Carl Kelley, Henry Kelley and Harold Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Faucett (William) and Dwight Kelley (Kim); his grandchildren, Chris Faucett (Allison), Mindy Wharton (Keith), Brett Kelley (Emily) and Isaac Kelley; and his sister Barbara Parker (Kenny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
