He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carl Murphy and Vionia O'Shields Murphy; and his sister Bobbie Jo Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Murphy; his children, Christie (Blair Cole) and Joey Michael (Kim Murphy); his grandchildren, Andrew Cole, Brendan Cole, Emmett Cole, Brianna Murphy, Danielle Murphy and Gage Murphy; and his sister Patsy (Allen Ray). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews.
