He is survived by: his children, Angie Thompson and David Lathem (Julie); his grandchildren, Jordan Thompson (Ashley), Trey Dye, Bradley Dye and Carter Coryell; his great grandchildren, Reese Thompson, Sophia Thompson and Mackenzie Thompson; and his siblings, Janice Whitfield (Bob), Jerry Lathem, Ricky Lathem (Heidi), Rhonda Lathem and Linda Medley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
