He was predeceased by: his brother Hal Guy. He is survived by: his wife Donna Guy of Ball Ground; his stepchildren, Jimmy (Leann Campbell) and Kim Campbell of Jasper; his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Darlene Guy of Bluff City, TN; his sister Denise; and his brother-in-law Mike Greer of Bluff City, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will accept flowers but prefer donations to Mount Vernon Baptist Church.
