He was predeceased by: his father Bob Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Elkins; his daughters, Heather Elkins, Amber Elkins and Summer Elkins; his mother Barbara Elkins; and his sister Elizabeth "Liz" Elkins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and many friends.
