He is survived by: his children, Ann Watts Seay of Baldwin, Jane Watts Powell (Bruce) of Summerton, SC and Bill Watts of Clarkesville; his grandchildren, Collin Powell, Andrew Seay (Meg Seay) and Caroline Powell; his brother Johnny Watts of Cornelia; and his caregiver Rylee.
