With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Knight Meeks (Baldwin, Georgia), born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on October 28, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Edmund M. Knight; and her husband Mark Newman Meeks. She is survived by: her parent Cornelia Brown Knight; her daughters, Connie K. Smith (Roy) of Sandersville, Beverly Brantley Sibley and Karen Brantley Snellings of Townsend, GA; her grandchildren, Heather Smith Gates (Lance) of Sandersville and Matthew Snellings of Milledgeville; and her great grandchildren, Haley Gates, Andrew Gates and Scott Gates.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
