It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tillie Thigpen of Baldwin, Georgia, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcom Johnson and Mattie Radney Johnson; her husband Jimmy Thigpen; and her son Tommy Durden. She is survived by: her children, Beth Schilling (Ron) of Pittsville, Judy Fountain of Gordon, Pam Clance of Macon, Scott McConney of Atlanta and Kenny McConney of Utah; and her sisters, Betty Mazzanti of Milledgeville, Rosa Warren of Milledgeville and Clara Lindsey of Tennille. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
