He is survived by: his wife Betty Florence Burgamy Johnson; his children, Sherrie Jo Daniels and Thomas Clifton "Cliff" Johnson, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jeremy McDade, Erin Andrews, Carla Turner and Justin Johnson. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
