He is survived by: his wife Brandy Hager Threatt; his stepdaughters, Mackenzie Mitchell and Annalyse Mitchell of Evans; his parents, Jackie Threatt and Laura Mann Threatt of Milledgeville; his brother Brad Threatt; his niece Baylee Threatt; his nephews, Dalton and Bradley Threatt; and his aunts and uncles, Thurston Mann, Ernie, Ronnie Mann, Bobby Threatt, Phyllis O'Steen, Lavoun Mann, Wanda Marcola, Shirley, Dianne Mann and Patsy Singleton.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church or to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
