He was predeceased by: his father Ross L. Maxwell, Sr.; his son Joshua Maxwell; and his stepsons, Kevin Galloway and Kenny Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wilbanks Maxwell of Baldwin; his grandchildren, Whitley Galloway, Zachary Galloway, Logan Galloway and Katelyn; and his great grandchildren, Grace Ivey, Jace Galloway and Waylon Galloway.
