He is survived by: his wife Dot Etheridge; his grandchildren, Kristin Turner (Bennie), Ryan Michel and Jason Michel; his great grandchildren, Claudia Michel (Josh Posey), Natascha Michel (Skyler Moore), Megan Michel, Cheyenne Fort (Chris Dixon), Dakota Fort and Cole Michel; his great great grandchildren, Sidda Leigh, Lola and Bentley; his son-in-law Jimmy Farmer; and his close friends, Susy Michel and Jon Bridges. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
