He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Bohler. He is survived by: his wife Betty-Jean Bohler; his sons, Bruce and David; his daughter-in-law Becky Bohler; his son Bret; his daughter-in-law Nina Bohler; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Christina Bohler; his son Dennis; his daughter-in-law Katherine Bohler; his daughter Angela; his son-in-law Scott Phillips; and his stepchildren, Sheryl, Kenny Howard, Donna, Steve Severn, Sandy, Neal Booth and Durwood Pepper. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, and 15 step-great-grandchildren.
