He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cason and Betty Ann Janes Branan; his wife Jane C. Branan; and his sister Joyce Hammett. He is survived by: his children, Cessalee Swars (Chris) of Forsyth, Crystal Raines (Andrews) of Fernandna Beach, FL, Michael Branan, Jr. (Kelly) and Jimmy Branan (Cammie); and his siblings, Sherry Wagher, Terry Register, Richard Branan of Milledgeville and David Branan (Tasha) of Milledgeville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grand child.
