It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Bellamy (Baldwin, Georgia), born in Jackson, Georgia, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Payne and Eloise Standridge Payne; her daughter Terri Lynn Bellamy; her brothers, Monroe Payne and Bobby Payne; and her nephew Morris Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Bellamy of Baldwin; her daughter Deborah "Deb"; her son-in-law Tim Wilbanks of Commerce; her son Mike; her daughter-in-law Debbie Bellamy of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Zach Wilbanks, Matt Wilbanks, Terri Bellamy, Jacob Bellamy and Andrew Bellamy; and her great grandchildren, Piper Frankum, Wyatt Frankum, Annabelle Wilbanks and Abram Wilbanks.
