He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walton Davis and Christine Lolly Motes Davis. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Tester Davis of Baldwin; his daughters, Elizabeth Davis McWhinnie of Erlanger and Katherine Davis Rinck of Lebanon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ellie, Emmy, Jake McWhinnie, Maggie, Charlie and Lucy Rinck; and his sisters, Pauline Anderson of Norcross and Salina Durham of Baldwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
