He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Thompson Burrell; his children, Stashia Burrell Cheek, Jonathan Clayton Burrell, Dylan Clay Burrell, Brittany Burrell Wiley and James Chandler Burrell; his grandchildren, Jacob Brayden Cheek, Joel Thomas Cheek, Ruby Diane Hubley, Grace Arie-Noelle Cheek and Moxon Samuel Wiley; his children-in-law, Jake Allen Cheek, Nicholas Samuel Wiley and Lucia Iriarte Burrell; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda, Herman Wiley, Patricia Wiley, Elaine, Mike Henry, June and Jimmy Mize. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
