It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jimmy Stubbs of Baldwin, Georgia, born in Lyons, Georgia, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Lum" R. Stubbs, Sr. and Atwill Collins Stubbs; and his children, Robert Lee "Bobby" Stubbs and Anita Kristie "Bunnie" Stubbs. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Beckum Stubbs; his daughters, Angela Williamson (Stan) of Lexington, S. C. and Amy Stubbs of Milledgeville; his brothers, Tommy Stubbs (Sandra) and Wally Stubbs (Tami) of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Chandler Williamson, Sydney Williamson, Andrew Ward (Angel) and Anna Grace Ward of Milledgeville. He is also survived by father to his own children, but to his brothers and their children.
