She is survived by: her husband Johnny Ramage; her son Walt Kelsey (Wendy); her grandchildren, Brittany Baugh of Milledgeville, Zimmie Kelsey of Milledgeville and John Kelsey of Wilkinson Co; and her siblings, Linda Lavender (Thomas) of Gordon and Danny Snow (Laura) of Milledgeville.
