James Rider Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Rider Sr. of Baldwin, Georgia, born in Clarkesville, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Katheryn Kimbrell Rider of Gainesville and Homer Lee Rider; his sister Janice Anderton; his wife Dorothy Bingham Rider of Baldwin; his children, Johnny (Wilma Rider), James Rider, Jr. of Cornelia, Tim (Mary Moore), Bobby (Trissy Moore) and Judy Dyer of Hollywood; his grandchildren, Jonathan Rider (Rebecca) of Homer, Madison Rider of Homer, Mitchell Moore of Athens, Timothy Moore of Cornelia, Ashley Fowler (Dylan) of Homer, Toby Beall of Homer, Jessica Bryant (Jeremy) of Baldwin, Travis Dodd and Olivia Dodd; his great grandchildren, Blythe Rider, Jaxson Rider, MaKenzie Fowler, Carson Fowler, Clayton Goodson and Jasmine Grier; his brother Harold; his sister-in-law Terry Rider of Gainesville; his sister Betty Jean; and his brother-in-law Walt Tiggret of Gainesville. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
