She was predeceased by: her parents, Condus Silas and Mandy Vine Maxwell Brock; her husband William Payne; her daughter Deborah; her son-in-law Wayne Brown; her sons, Donald Yarber and Randy Yarber; and her son-in-law Wayne Sikes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Sikes of Tampa, FL and Wanda; her son-in-law Jimmy Crowe of Baldwin; her stepson Mitchell (Donna Payne) of Demorest; and her sister Eula Cheek of Clarkesville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mountain View Baptist Church Hurricane Relief Fund, 269 Mountain View Road, Baldwin, Georgia 30511.
