He is survived by: his parents, Jason Shook of Baldwin and Amanda Robinson Shook of Clarkesville; his girlfriend Jentry Mitchell; his daughter Hadley of Clarkesville; his grandparents, Jerry, Sarah Shook of Alto and Mary Robinson of Alto; his aunts, Susan Wilkes of Clayton and Lori; his uncle Jeff Segers of Clarkesville; and his cousins, Zach Shook (Kandy), Austin Shook, Cale Shook (Kaylie), Clay Wilkes, Philip Wilkes (Chelsea), Makaela Roberts (Joey), Justin Shook, McKinnley Roberts, Lily Roberts, Lawson Wilkes, Hunter Wilkes, Caleb Segers (Kelly), Day Segers, Gentry Segers, Ridge Segers, Madison Shook and Benjamin Shook. He is also survived by many other relatives and numerous friends.
