He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Miller and Jean Moran Miller. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Miller; his son Jonathan Hooks; his sister Frances Miller; his stepchildren, Bailey Hooks of Indiana and Tiffany Hooks of Eatonton; and his father-in-law James Otis Stephens.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested contributions to the Funeral Home.
