He is survived by: his wife Teresa Dunson Adams; his children, Thomas Rogers of Haddock, Stacy Mays of Gray, Robert Adams of Milledgeville, B. J. Peavy of Milledgeville and Shelby Todd of Milledgeville; and his siblings, Marie Yarbrough (Emmett), J. W. Adams (Cathy) and Leon Adams.
