He is survived by: his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Tonya Kochis of Cleveland; his daughter Skye M.; his son-in-law Rodney Crump of Baldwin; his grandchildren, Kayla Kochis, Braden Kochis, Madison Kochis and Cooper Allen; and his sister Grace M. Moore of Demorest.
