He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Duncan and Aileen Holmes Gaither. He is survived by: his wife Joyce McGrady Duncan; his children, Gina Wilkes (Ronald) and Clarence "Chip" Duncan (Kelly); his brother Richard Duncan; his grandchildren, Chris Wilkes (Emily Nix), Austin Duncan (Sally Rosario), Ashley Matthews (Jack), Whitney Seigler (Allen) and Tanya Marcos (Andres); and his great grandchildren, Graham, Parker, Maya and Emilio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
