He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Duncan and Aileen Holmes Gaither. He is survived by: his wife Joyce McGrady Duncan; his children, Gina Wilkes (Ronald) and Clarence "Chip" Duncan (Kelly); his brother Richard Duncan; his grandchildren, Chris Wilkes (Emily Nix), Austin Duncan (Sally Rosario), Ashley Matthews (Jack), Whitney Seigler (Allen) and Tanya Marcos (Andres); and his great grandchildren, Graham, Parker, Maya and Emilio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Chapel (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
