He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moultrie Fleming and Mildred Faulk Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Kristi Poole (Tony Poole) and Bill Fleming, Jr. (Laura Fleming); his brother John M. Fleming, III; his grandchildren, Charlotte, DiAnna, Christopher and Merissa; and his great grandchild Maevis Grace Craft.
