He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rubye Donalson, Charles Lee Howell, Anna Grace, Henry Howell, Horace Howell, Marie Ladd, Eva Lou Rooks, Lillie Mae Stout and Elizabeth Durham.
He is survived by: his parents, Walter Howell and Mattie Lou Smith Howell; his children, William Bradley Howell (Tanya) of Sneads, FL, Janet Wilson (Bill) of Leslie, MI, Dina Wilson (Jimmy) of Chattahoochee, FL, Stacy Gibson (Gary) of Sneads, FL and Donna Ellis (Zavaughn) of Chattahoochee, FL; his grandchildren, Billy, Franky, Samantha, Tony, Joni, Joshua, Erika, Laynie, Alicia, Cierra, Dustin, Rebecca and Rea; and his great grandchildren, Brett, Jacob, Constance, Avery, Drake, Ansley, Gracie and Kinlee.
