He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Inman McKinney, Jr. and Nell Wood McKinney. He is survived by: his daughters, Nell (Warren McKinney) and Betty Ann Davis; and his siblings, Dr. Emory McKinney (Janet) of Dalton, Diane Conger (Dave) of Greensboro, David McKinney (Norma) of Cordele and Gail McKinney of Dahlonega. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
