He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Vrzal and Marie Kalousek Vrzal of Tabor; his sister Drahomira Capkova of Tabor; and his son Alex Vrzal of Bainbridge. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Vrzal of Bainbridge, GA; his daughter Audrey Vrzal of Bainbridge, GA; his grandchildren, David Belohrad (Barbara) of Moens and Radim Belohrad (Irena) of Kunovice; his great grandchildren, Alzbeta, Eliska Belohradova of Kunovice, Erik and David Jr. of Moen France; and his nieces and nephews, Marie Vavrova of Plzen, Jirka and Mirka of Tabor.
