She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Dodson and Clara White Dodson; her husband Willie Clyde Poitevint; her son Jimmy Clyde Poitevint; and her siblings, Jonnie Mae Dyches, Dorothy Dyches, Hugh Dodson, Elizabeth Sellars and William Dodson.
She is survived by: her daughter Priscilla P. McVey of Colquitt, GA; her grandchildren, Todd (Deanne), Jeff, Rusty (Jenny), Kasey (Casey), Brandy (Lee) and Stuart (Angie); her great grandchildren, Brody, Brittany, Blake, Justin, Jacob, Brett, Lauren, Leah, Kailyn, Macee, Sophia, Mia, Harrison, Lawson and Corbin; and her great great grandchildren, Ethan and Fenn.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
