He is survived by: his children, Stacy Clark (Jeff) of Cairo, Georgia and Vance O'Neal (Melia) of St. Petersburg; his siblings, Faye Martiszus of Safety Harbor, Dell O'Neal Simonson of Trinity, Florida and John Thomas O'Neal (Beth) of Midway, Florida; and his grandchildren, Jason Clark, Keri Clark, Eric Robertson (Ciara), Madison Clark and Emilyn O'Neal.
