He was predeceased by: his parents, Lelon Kelly and Carolyn June Gray Allen; and his siblings, Terry Gene Kelly and Celia Jones. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Melane and Nolan Douglas.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Fountainhead Church (179 Old Pelham Rd, Bainbridge, GA 39817).
