She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ahrens and Helen Mae Hall; her husband Tom Godwin; and her brothers, Richard Ahrens and Harold Ahrens Jr. (Susan).
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Esquibel (John) of Riverton, WY, Daniel Godwin (Amy) of Sheridan, WY, Corey Godwin of Sandy Hook, KY and Dave Godwin (Melissa) of Rice, MN; her sister Patricia Brown of Brownsville, TX; and her sister-in-law Shirley Ahrens of Okeechobee, FL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
