He is survived by: his wife Joyce Powell of Banbridge, GA; his children, Emily Swearingain (David) of Reynoldsville, GA and Derrin Powell of Alabama; and his siblings, Lajean Williamson (James) of Bainbridge, GA, Phyllis Lane of Bainbridge, GA, Donnell Powell of Bainbridge, GA, Linda Braswell of Reynoldsville, GA, Sandra Norris of Columbus, GA and Sherri Boyett of Ty Ty, GA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
