She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth McCarthy Haley and Robert Haley, Sr.; her sister Judith Haley Penna; and her husband Albert Hallman. She is survived by: her brother Robert Haley, Jr. (Kathleen Spaulding Haley); her nieces and nephews, Lisa Haley Neville, Christina Penna Turner, David Haley, Paul Haley and Gregory Penna; and also, Ella Neville, Lucas Neville, Clara Neville, Olan Turner, Siera Haley, Angel Haley, Paul Haley III and Nyota Haley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Recovery Volunteer Fire Department.
