She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Turner Billings and Emily Carrie Sanders Billings; her husband Joe Allen, Jr.; her sons, Steve and Larry Allen; her brothers, David and Roland Billings; and her half-siblings, Lamar Billings and Velma Oliver.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Martha Allen of Blakely, GA.; and her grandchildren, Sarajo Lee and Chester of Colquitt.
