He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Chason Butler Dukes and Inez Lovering Dukes of Brinson, GA.; and his siblings, Dorothy Cox and Wesley "Buddy" Dukes. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Madine Dukes; his children, Chris of Bainbridge, Mandy Dukes of Bainbridge, Connie of Bainbridge, Mark Conner of Bainbridge, Rhett and Jessica Sousa of Tallahassee, FL; his sister Mary Frances Wisham of Tampa, FL; and his grandchildren, McKale, Kaleb, Hunter and Ryder.
