He is survived by: his children, Michael Howard of Bainbridge, Roy W. Howard, Jr. of Bainbridge, Ron Howard (Jennifer) of Bainbridge and Jennifer O'Hearn (Patrick) of Donalsonville, Georgia; his brother Bobby Howard (Frankie) of Bainbridge; and his great grandchild Deborah Bradley of Colquitt, Georgia.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
