He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Sibley, Sr. and Ilene Mabry Sibley; and his siblings, Margaret Laney and Eddie Sibley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sibley; his children, Shay, Rife Stewart of Daphne, AL, Beth, Wes Briggs of Bainbridge, GA, Robert E. Sibley III and Ligia; his sister Linda McMillon (Bobby) of Richland, MS; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Noah, Corey, Mabry-Grace and Emma.
