He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Williams Screen and Rufus Screen; and his brother William "Sug" Screen. He is survived by: his daughter Jacquelyn Screen (Rondell Faison); his grandchildren, NaKya Faison, Keon Faison, Khaliyah Faison, Kyla Faison and Kaleigh Faison; his aunt Punice "Shank" Christian of Quincy, FL; and his cousins, Gerald Simmons (Jewel), Shirley Graham (John) and Lonniell Oscar (L. J. Smart Jr.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousin and friends.
