He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Mack Parker Davis and Mildred Fleming Davis; and his son Stephen McCarrell Davis. He is survived by: his wife Angelia Brooks Davis; his sister Sarah Margarette Davis of Knoxville, TN; his sons, Barry Littleton Davis (Celeste) of Louisville, KY and Brooks Cameron Davis (Suzanne) of Macon, GA; his grandchildren, Jacob Daniel and Margaret Blumenthal of Pittsburgh, PA.; his brother-in-law Stan W. Brooks (Rebecca) of Grand Ridge, FL; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Brooks of Marianna, Rachel Brooks of Tallahassee, Zachary Brooks (Colleen) of Tallahassee and Stephen Gauss (Nekeshier) of Tallahassee; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Reagan, Coleman Reagan, Nikki Taylor Gauss, Cheyenne Miranda Gauss and Harper Christiana McClure-Brooks.
