He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis M. Toole, Sr. and Blanche Dell Toole; his sister Joanne Clements; and his friends, Glenn Griffin, Harry Heaton, Ed King and Leon Toole.
He is survived by: his children, Toole, Jr. and Tina Greene; his wife Mary Frances Toole; and his granddaughter Christina Greene.
