He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Nix Kelly of Bainbridge; his children, Tony Kelly of Bainbridge and Amanda Fuller (Wayne Allen) of Conyers, Georgia; his siblings, Emmett Kelly, Jr., Calvin Kelly, Gary Kelly, Ronnie Kelly, Donnie Kelly, Jimmie Lou Anderson, Judy Vaughn, Lucia Walls, Cat Phillips, Kay Howell and Tammie Brock; his grandchildren, Kelly Abney, Kimberly Kelly, Jessica Peterson, Colton Kelly and Airiana Fuller; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah and Zoe Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
