She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Leroy Harrell and Evelyn Jean Morris Harrell; and her husband Kevin Scott Lowther. She is survived by: her children, Debby Miller (Ricky) of Attapulgus and Russell Cone (Alicia) of Attapulgus; her siblings, Beth Beach (Frankie) of Quincy, Linn Harrell of Bainbridge and David Harrell (Patsy) of Homerville, Georgia; her grandchildren, Russ Bowen (Christy), Nicki Miller (Chris), Chasity Cone (Arthur), John Bowen (Nicole), Josh Miller (Tiffy), Russell Cone (Lindsey) and Katlin Cone; and her great grandchildren, Zac, Gunner, Libby, Layla, Josie, Rivers, Grady, Arabella and Nick. She is also survived by 3 step-granddaughters, 7 step-great grandchildren.
