She was predeceased by: her parents, Gussie Ingram and Lillie Whitworth Ingram; her husband W. S. Howell, Jr.; and her children, Freddie Howell and Judy Garrison.
She is survived by: her children, Wallace Howell (Rhonda) of Bainbridge, GA and Joan H. Broxton (Greg) of Mayhaw, GA; her children-in-law, Karen Howell and Gwan Garrison; and her brother Donald Ingram (Florine) of Cairo, GA. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
